Property Management Advisory Centres

To encourage owners to manage and maintain their buildings, the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) has opened ten Property Management Advisory Centres (PMACs) in Central District, Western District, Eastern District, Shamshuipo, Tai Kok Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong, Tokwawan, Tsuen Wan, Tai Po and Yuen Long since 2005. Financial and technical support to property owners in carrying out timely maintenance and management for their buildings were offered.

Note:
HKHS cease to accept new Integrated Building Maintenance Assistance Scheme (IBMAS) applications from 1 July 2015, and only continues to follow through the applications already received on or before 30 June 2015. Due to the cases completion gradually, the Property Management Advisory Centres (PMAC) in different districts have been relocated to the PMAC (Main Office) for operation. The following PMAC is not open to the public with effect from 1 July 2015. It is only for processing of the applications which have already been submitted on or before 30 June 2015.
