Administer day-to-day operation for office services, including car pool operation, tea service, dispatch and mailing services, reception counter services and other logistics support services at the Head Office.
Assist in office communication facilities including IP Telephony system, etc.
Administer the replenishment of the general office supplies and maintain proper inventory records.
Carry out other ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned
Diploma holder with minimum 4 years' experience in office administration in sizeable organization.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
