Monitor the management and operation of carpark operators and direct managed carparks.
Conduct market researches and advise marketing strategies to promote carpark utilization and income for existing sites and new projects.
Ensure delivery of high quality services (such as cleansing and repair and maintenance) through co-ordination with internal staffs and carpark operators.
Conduct tendering exercises for the outsourcing of carpark management contractors.
Liaise with building managers and owners committees/incorporation on building management budgets and issues relating to carpark.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers / service providers
Minimum 12 years of experience in car park management, with at least 7 years in supervisory level.
Able to monitor income and expenditure of assigned properties.
Self-initiated, high analytical and problem-solving ability, and strong commitment to excellence.
Diplomatic, strong customer-orientation and excellent business acumen.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
