Install and support PC software & hardware for both physical & virtual PC, network equipment; estate file server and IT accessories.
Provide support on Client Management software and Enterprise Mobility Management.
Conduct user briefing sessions on usage of desktop equipment, e.g. Network, Office, eMail, etc.
Maintain inventory database for all PC equipment; conduct PC & server hardware maintenance and periodical software inventory check.
Assist in identifying user requirements on PC hardware & software and IT accessories.
Facilitate operations of IT Service Desk to follow up calls received and handle users' requests. ¡@
Higher Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in PC support.
Sound knowledge in PC hardware & software, mobile device and networking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office and Chinese input methods.
Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills, independent and customer-oriented.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
