Senior Officer (Property Management)(Elderly Housing)-North Point [Ref: SO(PM)-TTH]


The Job

Provide value-added property management services and maintain excellent relations with tenants of new projects for elderly persons.
Administer tenancy issues and ensure compliance with tenancy regulations and Deed of Mutual Covenant Clauses and relevant regulatory documents.
Identify areas requiring preventive or remedial actions in respect of cleaning, repair and security, liaise with relevant parties and monitor the implementation of such actions.

 

The Person

Matriculated OR 5 subjects obtained Level 3 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese with 5 years' experience in property management or Degree/Diploma Holders with minimum 3 year's relevant experience.
Handover flats experiences or property management are preferred.
Good service concept, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
