Prepare design, budgets, estimates, drawings, specifications and tender document for maintenance and improvement works of building.
Supervise and monitor work progress on site and certify work completion.

The Person
Degree/Higher Diploma in Building/Construction related subjects, with minimum 3 years' post qualification experience in construction or building maintenance.
Knowledge of Government regulations on building or construction.
