Provide information to owners on the procedure of OC formation and operation of OC.
Provide assistance to building owners on management and maintenance matters.
Carry out surveys and home visits to aged buildings.
Process applications for various incentives / subsidies related to building management and maintenance.
Organize and implement programs, seminars and activities to promote building management & maintenance.
Suitable candidates will be assigned to work in our property management centers or estates / properties to meet operational needs.

The Person
Matriculated with 2 years' experience in property management; OR Degree / Diploma Holders with minimum 1 year's relevant experience.
Possessing experience in formation of owners corporation and co-ordination of renovation works is preferable.
Self-motivated, service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
Knowledge in using MS word and Excel is desirable.
