Temporary Human Resources Assistant /Clerk (9-Month) [Ref: THRA/TCLK(HR)]
Process and handle documents according to general procedures and standards.
Maintain and update records and filling systems.
Provide administration and clerical support in the team such as arranging recruitment interviews and assist in ad hoc projects when necessary.
Minimum 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language OR 5 subjects obtained Level 2 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese.
Minimum 1 year's work experience.
Knowledge of MS Windows application, e.g. Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing.
Good interpersonal skill, dedicated to work and detail-oriented.
