The Housing Society
aims at completing a redevelopment project within 6 or 61/2 years,
which includes the process of planning, land resumption and clearance
on 31/2 years.
1.
The Housing Society
will acquire property interests through negotiations while
at the same time submitting applications for land resumption
through URA as stipulated in the URA Ordinance.
2.
After
securing a cleared site, the Housing Society will on appropriate approach
to implementing its redevelopment projects.
