Integrated Building Maintenance Assistance Scheme

The “Integrated Building Maintenance Assistance Scheme” (IBMAS) was rolled out in April 2011, which consolidated and aligned the previous assistance schemes operated by the Housing Society and the Urban Renewal Authority (URA) separately.

Since 1 July 2015, HKHS has ceased to accept new applications of IBMAS and all new applications of IBMAS have been handled by the URA. We continue to follow through the applications received on or before 30 June 2015.

For enquiries related to application of IBMAS after 1 July 2015, please contact the URA’s hotline at (852) 3188 1188.
