11. Taxation
The Housing Society is a charitable institution and is exempted from Hong Kong taxation under Section 88 of the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Ordinance.
截至二零二一年三月三十一日止年度, 酬金總額中不包括代替假期補償金港 幣三十萬元(二零二零年:港幣四十萬 元)。
11. 稅項
房屋協會為慈善機構,根據稅務條例第 八十八條獲豁免繳納香港稅項。
