Advancing Corporate Sustainability

  • Developed a new set of corporate KPIs and targets under the sustainability framework for implementation in 2025/26

Harnessing the Power of Technology

  • First cohort of the 18-month PropTech Proof-of-Concept Programme concluded with 13 start-ups delivering solutions for construction, building maintenance, and green and smart living.
  • Commenced the second cohort of 14 start-ups

Carbon Reduction throughout Whole Project Cycle

  • “Whole Life Cycle Carbon Assessment”
    • Pioneering at the Ming Wah Dai Ha Phase II Redevelopment
    • Developed a carbon tracking platform
    • Targeting a 25% reduction in embodied carbon across the projects
  • 27 developments received BEAM or BEAM Plus certification

Sustainable Property Management

  • Installed 50 smart food waste recycling bins at 20 rental estates and a managed property
  • Completed installation of solar PV panel systems at 10 rental estates and set up a wind turbine system at Kwun Lung Lau

  • Expanded electronic recordkeeping system across all divisions and sections
  • Achieved “Excellent” Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) ranking at Corporate Office at World Trade Centre and Regional Office at Dragon Centre

Maximising Housing Resource Potential

  • “T-Home” Transitional Rental Housing Scheme
    • 5 T-Home projects, accommodating 1,000+ families in total
    • A three-year project “JC Project Lift” will be implemented at Ming Wah Dai Ha in the second half of 2025
  • The Letting Scheme
    • Approval given to ~2,000 owner applications and 1,100 tenant applications
    • 510+ tenancy agreements signed

Community Synergies through Volunteerism

  • Contributed 25,100+ hours of community service for ~ 33,200 beneficiaries
