    Our Health and Safety Management System (“SMS”), built upon our corporate health and safety policy, provides a framework for our staff members at all levels to achieve health and safety targets. The Housing Society conducts regular assessment to review the progress and targets, ensuring the proper implementation and the effectiveness of SMS.

  • 9 service contractors from maintenance, cleaning, security, and gardening signed the “Mental Health Workplace Charter”
  • Safety and Health Week 2023 was organised to promote a safety culture among colleagues
  • An informative session on the prevention of heat stroke in the workplace was conducted
  • The first Smart Site Safety System (“4S”) has been implemented in the superstructure construction of the Kai Tak Area 1E Site 1 project
