LOW-CARBON TRANSFORMATION

The Housing Society takes environmental sustainability as the fundamental mission to provide quality housing and related services to the community. In response to the Government's goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, we are committed to adopting the six principles of environmental protection in our management approach and decision-making process.

Green Buildings

BEAM or BEAM Plus (New Buildings) Certified Projects
  • 24* residential projects have been certificated by The Building Environmental Assessment Method (“BEAM”) or BEAM Plus for New Buildings
    *including provisional and final
Advanced Building Technologies for Smart and Green Construction
  • To enhance construction efficiency and reduce waste generation, we integrate new building technologies, such as Building Information Modelling (“BIM”) and Modular Integrated Construction (“MiC”), into our development projects
  • By adoption of MiC, Phase 1A of the Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area project
    • Saved 1/3 of onsite manpower
    • Shortened duration of superstructure works from 28 months to 24 months
