  • Modular Integrated Construction (MiC)
    • Completion of Chung Yuet Lau at Jat Min Chuen, the first elderly housing project built with steel MiC in Hong Kong
      • Installation of all MiC modules for the 8 residential floors was completed in just 5 months
    • Installation of MiC modules completed for the DRE project of Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area (NDA) Phase 1A
      • >1,200 modules of 13 different types
      • Saved 10-15% of superstructure construction time
  • Building Information Modelling (BIM) adopted across 4 construction projects
  • Digital Works Supervision System (DWSS) implemented across all new projects
  • Crane Structural Health Monitoring System
    • Installed at the Kwu Tung North NDA project for a 26-month on-site trial
