Strengthening Tenancy Policies

Embracing Innovation for a Sustainable Operation

  • HK$117 million dedicated to the major improvement projects across 20 rental estates and elderly housing projects
  • HK$215 million spent on routine repairs and maintenance for rental estates and elderly housing
  • Cloud-based digital log-book system implemented in more than half of the rental estates
  • Completed a feasibility study on utilising Internet of Things (IoT) and other advanced technologies in a retail mall of a future project
  • Extended the AlipayHK e-wallet bill payment service to monthly car park licensees in 4 self-operated car parks
