Achieved significant milestones by Casa Eminence at Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area (NDA)

  • Eminence Terrace I – The first completed DRE and welcomed first batch of residents. Also the first SSF project using Modular Integrated Construction (MiC)
  • Eminence Tower 1 – the first DRE rental block, completed and commenced resident intake

Pioneering MiC Collaboration Centre

  • Introduced the MiC Collaboration Centre at 4 construction sites
  • All centres equipped with centralised management platforms to facilitate the execution of Smart Site Safety System (4S)
  • More centres will be set up in future developments

Smart Technologies in Construction Management

  • Laid the groundwork for “Lab Plus”, an enhanced Central Management Platform (CMP) that integrates project data to oversee various sub-systems across construction sites
  • Crane Structural Health Monitoring System
    • Installed at the Kwu Tung North New Development Area project to collect real-time data
  • AI and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies utilised to ensure workers’ safety and well-being

  • Smart Site Safety System (4S)
    • Implemented in all new projects
    • 11 project sites awarded by the 4S Labelling Scheme
  • “Pay for Smart Safety” scheme included in new tenders for project works
  • Implemented performance-linked incentive payment scheme for all new projects
  • 2 integrity-focused workshops
  • 39 risk management workshops
  • 40 site safety workshops
  • 44 independent safety audits
  • 45 surprise site inspections
  • Increased the frequency of the safety audits and surprise checks to three-month interval
  • Overall cumulative accident rate declined to 2.63 per thousand workers across all sites
