HKHS Award Supports Young Talent Development in Hong Kong for 20 Years
「房協獎助學金計劃」二十周年 支援本港年輕人才發展

The Housing Society has consistently supported the development of talents for the housing and elderly-
care industries of Hong Kong for two decades. Echoing with the theme of “Cultivating New Generations,
Twenty Years and Beyond” at the HKHS Award ceremony this year, the Housing Society is committed to
inspiring the next generation to build upon our past achievements and sustain the professional growth
of the local housing industry. At the ceremony, past scholarship recipients came together and created
the theme song “Dreams within Reach”, in celebration of the HKHS Award’s 20 anniversary. Joined by
th
the beneficiary organisations of the HS Academy Alumni Club’s volunteering services, they delivered a
heartfelt performance to express their gratitude for the support from the Housing Society.
This year, the Housing Society has recognised 117 students from higher education institutions
to support their continued development in the industry. Since its inception, the HKHS Award has
benefitted more than 1,600 outstanding students with scholarships and bursaries totalling nearly
HK$12 million. We aim to shape a shared bright future for Hong Kong, and contribute to the sustainable
development of the community.
房協二十年來一直積極支持本地房屋及長者服務業界的人才發展。今年「房協獎助學金計劃」頒獎禮以「承傳廿

載 • 共創未來」為主題，房協期望啟迪年青人承先啟後，讓本地房屋業界薪火相傳。頒獎禮上，歷屆獎助學金得

主共同創作「房協獎助學金計劃」二十周年主題曲《美夢看得見》，並聯同「房協獎學金同學會」義工服務的受助機構
齊心演繹，以感謝房協的栽培。

今年，房協嘉許了一百一十七名高等教育院校的學生，以支援他們在業界持續發展。自成立以來，「房協獎助學
金計劃」推行至今已有超過一千六百名優秀學生受惠，累計頒發近一千二百萬港元的獎╱助學金，旨在為社會的
可持續發展作出貢獻，一同創建香港未來。
