• Ensuring contractors comply with environmental laws and regulations through Environmental Management Plan 制定環境管理計劃,確保承建商遵守環境法規
• Adopting prefabrication and modularisation construction methods to reduce waste and material consumption 採用預製組件及標準化組裝的建築方法,減少廢料及物 料消耗量
• Conducting environmental mitigation measures to minimise air emissions, noise, wastewater discharge from construction activities 採取環保措施,盡量減少施工活動產生的廢氣排放、噪 音、廢水排放

• Regular maintenance and inspection to ensure system efficiency
定期開展維修及檢查,確保系統高效運行
• System replacement with energy and water-efficient models during renovations and retrofitting 在翻新及改裝工程中,以節能、節水型產品更換原有 系統
• Providing waste recycling facilities to divert waste from landfills
設置廢料分類回收設施,減少須棄置於堆填區的廢物
• Awareness raising and recycling campaigns 提高屋邨環保意識及回收活動

Number of BEAM or BEAM Plus (New Buildings) Certified Projects
獲得「建築環境評估法」或「綠建環評」(新建建築)認證的項目數量
                      Monitor the environmental impact arising from the construction activities and minimise the disturbance caused to the vicinity.
監測施工活動產生的環境影響,盡量減輕對附近居民及社區的 滋擾。
Continuously improve the environmental performance through maintenance, facility upgrades as well as awareness-raising.
