Health and Safety

  • The Housing Society has developed a Health and Safety Management System (“SMS”) in alignment with our corporate health and safety policy. It provides a structured framework that enables our employees and contracted workers to achieve our occupational health and safety objectives. To ensure proper implementation and effectiveness of the SMS, we conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and evaluate targets. Our SMS also ensures employees and contractors underwent internal safety inspections and external safety audits.

    • Safety and Health Week 2024 was organised with 700+ participants to promote a safety culture
    • Organised Occupational Safety and Health Slogan Creation Competition, Site Visit to C-Smart Research and Development Centre, First Aid Talk and Zentangle Stress Reduction Workshop
    • Organised 15+ types of health and safety training programmes
    • Deployed the Smart Site Safety System for all new construction projects since March 2023

    • 25 sites were eligible to receive the “2024-25 Zero Accident Workplace Certificate” under the annual “Zero Accident Workplace Award Scheme”
