Corporate Governance

To effectively integrate sustainability into the Housing Society’s business operations and enhance accountability, the Sustainability Working Group (“SWG”), the Environmental Working Group (“EWG”), and an Integrated Management System (“IMS”) have been established to oversee and drive sustainability performance across divisions.

Sustainability Strategy

The Housing Society upholds the vision to be part of the global community in driving a sustainable future for all generations. In support of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (“SDGs”), the Housing Society has identified six SDGs that are of high relevance to our operations and mapped the goals to the three pillars in our sustainability strategy: “Sustainable Homes”, “Low-carbon Transformation” and “Future-fit Capabilities”.
