The Housing Society prioritises environmental sustainability as a core mission in providing quality housing and related services to the community. In alignment with the Government's target to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, we have integrated the Six Environmental Protection Principles into our management strategies and decision-making processes.

Green Buildings

  • BEAM or BEAM Plus Certified Projects for New Buildings
    • 27* residential projects have been certified by The Building Environmental Assessment Method (“BEAM”) or BEAM Plus for New Buildings

    • Building Information Modelling (“BIM”)
      • BIM is a pivotal tool that utilises three-dimensional building models to generate and manage building data throughout the entire building lifecycle
    • Modular Integrated Construction (“MiC”)
      • MiC is an innovative construction method in which free-standing modules with necessary fittings are manufactured offsite and then installed on-site
