The 72 Annual General Meeting was held to elect members

of the new-term Supervisory Board. Prof Ling Kar-kan
and Lincoln Leong Kwok-kuen were elected as the
Chairman and the Vice-Chairman respectively. Members of
the new-term Executive Committee were also appointed by
the Supervisory Board.
舉行第七十二屆周年委員大會並選出新一屆監事會，凌嘉勤教授
和梁國權分別獲選為主席及副主席。監事會同時委任新一屆執
行委員會委員。

Four Code of Conduct seminars held this year achieved 100 per cent attendance
from new employees. To maintain high standards, every employee must refresh
their knowledge in this area every three years.
共舉行四場員工行為守則講座，新員工的出席率達百分之一百。為維持最高
水平，每名員工必須每三年更新一次相關知識。
