CARING ABOUT THE COMMUNITY 關懷社區

A community day was held at Cho Yiu Chuen to showcase the achievements
of a two-year mind-friendly project since its commencement in 2022.
The project has successfully bolstered the mental well-being of residents.
於祖堯邨舉辦社區日分享「心靈友善屋邨」計劃的成果。計劃於2022年展開，為
期兩年，成功提升居民的精神健康。

As part of an Intergeneration Play Space project, residents across
generations at Jat Min Chuen collaborated to design 3D-printed concrete
planters, which have been installed at the estate, creating a colourful
gathering space for the community.
不同年紀的乙明邨居民參與「跨代共融遊樂空間」項目，合力設計由3D混凝土打
印而成的花盆，並把花盆放置在邨內，為社區提供一個七彩繽紛的聚腳點。
MAJOR AWARDS 主要獎項
Garnered seven local and international awards in project
planning and construction. Among them, Blissful Place
won the Grand Award in the Hong Kong Residential (Single
Building) category at the Quality Building Award 2024.
在項目規劃及建築方面獲頒七個本地及國際殊榮，當中「豐頤
居」於「優質建築大獎2024」榮獲「香港住宅項目（單幢建築物）」
組別的優質建築大獎。
A staff member from the Property Management Honoured with 15 awards in
Division was honoured by the Office of The recognition of our exceptional
Ombudsman with The Ombudsman’s Awards performance in environmental,
2024 for Officers of Public Organisations. social and governance (ESG).
物業管理部一名員工在「2024申訴專員嘉許獎」中榮獲 在環境、社會及管治方面奪得十五
「公職人員獎」。 項殊榮，肯定房協的卓越表現。
Our Community ESG Programme received
four accolades in various award schemes,
reaffirming our exemplary efforts in
community engagement.
