A HK$12 billion five-year term and
revolving syndicated loan facilities
with 12 local and international banks
was signed, bolstering the business
development of the Housing Society.

一百二十億港元五年期定期及循環銀團貸

Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) Collaboration Centre gradually
commenced operations across four sites, revolutionising project
management practices and shaping a new image for the industry.
先後在四個工地引入「組裝合成」多功能辦公室，革新工程項目管理文化，
為業界注入新形象。

A ceremony was held to celebrate the achievements
of 13 start-ups that successfully completed the
inaugural PropTech Proof-of-Concept (PoC)
Programme. The second phase of the PoC
Programme commenced right after the first
phase, welcoming another 14 start-ups to develop
innovative PropTech solutions.

舉行成果慶祝典禮，慶賀首批十三間初創企業完成房地
產科技概念驗證計劃。第二期計劃隨即展開，推動新一
批共十四間初創企業研發創新的房地產科技方案。

The 20 Hong Kong Housing Society Award presentation

ceremony was held to celebrate the Scholarship legacy.
Since its inception, the Award has benefitted over
1,600 outstanding students, with sponsorship totalling
nearly HK$12 million, fostering new generations to
contribute to Hong Kong’s sustainable development.
「房協獎助學金計劃」傳承廿載，舉行第二十屆頒獎禮。計
劃推行至今已有超過一千六百名優秀學生受惠，累計頒發近
一千二百萬港元的獎╱助學金，啟迪年青人為社會永續發展
作出貢獻。
