Ageing-in-Place Scheme
Launched in 2012, the Ageing-in-Place (“AIP”) Scheme provides a one-stop service and concern network for elderly tenants with housing, healthcare and social support, empowering the elderly to live in their own homes as far as possible, and raising their quality of life. The AIP Scheme aims to promote elderly tenants’ well-being and resilience to health decline, avoiding premature institutionalisation through the following five domains of services:
「樂得耆所」居家安老計劃
房協自二零一二年起推行「樂得耆所」居家 安老計劃,為長者租戶提供一站式服務及關 懷網絡,以支援他們在住屋、醫療護理及身 心社交等方面的需要,讓他們居家安老,並 提高他們的生活質素。計劃共有五大服務範 疇,旨在強化長者租戶的身心健康以延緩衰 退及避免過早入住院舍:
  Engage occupational therapists to conduct home environment assessments, and arrange home modification and remodeling where necessary 由職業治療師進行家居環境評估及改裝,提升家居安全
HOME SAFETY 頤家
    Facilitate rehabilitation and health-related services to promote health and chronic illnesses management 策動復康及保健服務,促進健康及長期病患管理
HEALTHINESS 頤康
    Promote fall-prevention exercises and strengthen elderly tenants' physical conditions 推廣防跌運動,強化身體功能
AUTONOMY 頤健
    Organise activities to promote happy ageing and mental wellness
舉辦正向活動,鼓勵快樂人生
HAPPINESS 頤樂
    Conduct trainings to prevent cognitive decline
提供健智訓練,延緩腦部退化
