Forest Stewardship Council Certified Timber Products
森林管理委員會認證的木器產品

The Housing Society requires all timber products used in temporary
construction works and domestic furnishings, such as cabinets and
doors, to be certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (“FSC”),
ensuring adherence to sustainable forest management practices. • New timber for hoarding
works with FSC certificate
Furthermore, we have phased out all timber formwork at our 獲森林管理委員會認證用
construction sites. 於圍板工程的新木材

房協要求在臨時建築工程和家居使用的木器產品，例如櫥櫃和門，均需獲森林管理委員會就其實踐

Waste Management Plans 廢物管理計劃

We have mandated all site contractors to develop and implement waste management plans
that include setting construction waste generation limits and establishing waste monitoring
measures for all construction and renovation activities. Additionally, site contractors are
encouraged to adopt industry best practices for on-site waste handling.

我們已要求所有工地承建商制定並實施廢物管理計劃，包括限制建築廢物生產量，並為所有施工或
裝修過程擬定廢物監察措施。此外，我們鼓勵工地承建商採用行業最佳做法，處理工地產生的廢物。

Waste Recycling 廢物回收

To promote waste recycling and reduce waste disposal, we have installed
sorting facilities for metals, plastics, and paper waste at our construction
sites. In new development projects, we have incorporated provision for smart
bin installation to facilitate the segregation of solid domestic waste and
recyclable materials.

In compliance with the Waste Disposal Ordinance, we have built larger refuse storage rooms in
our new development projects to improve waste sorting and management.

為遵守《廢物處置條例》，我們於新發展項目中擴大了垃圾房的空間，以改善廢物分類和管理。
