16 Accounts receivable and prepayments

At 31 March 2013 and 2014, the carrying values of rent receivables
that are past due but not impaired are insignificant.
At the end of the reporting period, the fair values of above financial
assets approximate to their corresponding carrying values.
17 Cash and bank balances
Cash and bank balances comprise mainly bank deposits with maturity
of six months or less. At 31 March 2014, the balances are
denominated in the following currencies:
