First Aid Talk for Employees
急救常識講座

A total of 20 staff members participated in our first aid talk to learn essential life-saving skills. Led by
experienced nursing staff from the Occupational Health Service, the talk covered a variety of critical
topics and demonstrated the proper procedures for handling workplace accidents through practical
case studies.

我們舉辦的急救講座，為二十名員工提供基本的救生
技能教學。活動由經驗豐富的職業健康服務護理人員
主講，涵蓋各種重要主題，並透過實際案例示範如何
處理工作場所事故的正確程序。

Zentangle Stress Reduction Workshop
禪繞畫減壓工作坊

Furthermore, we organised a Zentangle Stress Reduction Workshop as part of our mental health
awareness initiatives for staff. 22 employees participated in the Zentangle workshop, which enabled
them to express their creativity while practising mindful drawing techniques. Through these Zentangle
techniques, participants were able to alleviate stress and enhance relaxation, contributing to a
healthier working environment.

此外，作為關注員工的心理健康意識計劃的一部分，我們舉辦了「禪繞畫減壓工作坊」。二十二名員工參加了「禪
繞畫減壓工作坊」，使他們練習正向繪畫技巧的同時發揮自己的創作力。透過這些禪繞畫技術，參加者能減壓和
放鬆身心，以創造更健康的工作環境。
