               MiC Collaboration Centre
               MiC多功能辦公室

               The Housing Society remains steadfast in its commitment to advancing construction innovation and
               technology while improving site safety and environment standards across our projects.
               Starting in 2024, we have partnered with contractors to establish MiC Collaboration Centres on-site
               at four development project sites: Kai Tak Area 2B Site 1, Anderson Road Quarry Site R2-4, Yuen Lung
               Street, and Kwu Tung North New Development Area. The locations of MiC Collaboration Centres on-site
               are strategically planned to optimise construction workflow and operational efficiency.
               These MiC Collaboration Centres feature a variety of sustainable and worker-friendly facilities
               designed for reusability and cost-effectiveness, including dedicated rest and dining areas, lunchbox
               vending machines, electronic device charging stations, shower and changing rooms, as well as
               recreational amenities such as the basketball court that foster community among workers. The design
               of MiC Collaboration Centres follows three fundamental principles:

               • Strengthen smart site management with the integrated housing of centralised management platform
                 of Smart Site Safety System to ensure worker safety
               • Improve site environment, foster a caring culture and enhance team spirit

               • Promote sustainable development
               Looking ahead, the Housing Society plans to expand the adoption of MiC Collaboration Centres in
               future development projects to improve construction efficiency, site safety and employee well-being,
               upholding our core values of "Quality" and "Talent" at every step we take.

               房協持續推動建築創新和科技的發展,同時改善各項目的工地安全及環境標準。
               自二零二四年起,我們與承建商合作,在啟德第2B區1號用地、安達臣道石礦場R2-4用地、元龍街和古洞北新發
               展區四個發展項目工地設立MiC多功能辦公室。工地上的MiC多功能辦公室位置經過精心規劃,以優化施工流程
               和運營效率。

               MiC多功能辦公室設有各種可持續和對工人友好的設施,旨在增加可重用性和成本效益,包括專用的休息和用餐
               區、午餐自動販賣機、電子設備充電站、淋浴間和更衣室,以及籃球場等康樂設施,以促進工人之間的社區發
               展。MiC多功能辦公室的設計遵循三個基本原則:

                • 透過整合安全智慧工地系統的中央管理平台,加強智慧工地管理,以確保工人安全
                • 改善工地環境,培養關愛文化及增強團隊精神

                • 促進可持續發展

               展望將來,房協計劃在未來發展的項目中引入MiC多功
               能辦公室,提高建築效率、工地安全和員工福祉,並在
               每一步都秉持「優質為尚」和「人才為基」的核心價值。
