               The First Subsidised Sale Flats Project Built with Concrete MiC - Eminence Terrace I

               首個採用混凝土「組裝合成」建築法興建的資助出售房屋項目-樂翹軒I
               Located in Ha Tsuen, Hung Shui Kiu, “Eminence Terrace I” is a 27-storey residential development
               comprising 300 units, complemented by comprehensive ancillary facilities. This is the first Subsidised
               Sale Flats Project constructed using concrete MiC technology, and the first residential development in
               Hong Kong to feature pre-assembled MiC balconies.

               By pre-assembling building modules, MiC significantly reduces on-site fabrication needs. As a result,
               it reduces GHG emissions from construction sites. Additionally, this approach enhances construction
               quality, reduces defects and rework, and thereby minimises waste generation. At “Eminence Terrace
               I”, the adoption of MiC reduced the superstructure on-site construction time by over 10%, achieving
               completion in approximately 24 months. This accomplishment earned the Housing Society the
               “Outstanding MiC Projects” award at the MiC Achievement Ceremony organised by Construction
               Industry Council (“CIC”).

               位於洪水橋厦村的「樂翹軒I」,是個樓高二十七層的住宅發展項目,共提供三百個單位,並配有完善的休憩設
               施。「樂翹軒I」是首個採用混凝土「組裝合成」建築法興建的資助出售房屋項目,亦是全港首個設有預製的「組裝合
               成」露台的住宅項目。

              「組裝合成」建築法透過預先組裝建築模組,顯著減少現場建造的需求,從而減少施工現場的溫室氣體排放。此
               外,這種方法提升施工品質,減少瑕疵和再造,從而減少廢物的產生。在「樂翹軒I」,我們透過採用「組裝合成」
               建築法使上蓋施工時間縮短超過百分之十,僅用約二十四個月完成施工。房協更憑此項目於建造業議會舉辦的
              「組裝合成」建築法成就嘉許禮上榮獲「傑出MiC項目」獎。
