「組裝合成」建築法

MiC is an innovative construction method in which free-standing modules with necessary
fittings are manufactured off-site and then installed on-site. We implemented MiC for the
Hung Shui Kiu Phase 1A and Chung Yuet Lau in Jat Min Chuen, as well as for volumetric
precast kitchens and bathrooms at our Anderson Road Quarry, Shek Pai Wan Road, and Ting
On Street projects.
「組裝合成」建築法是一項創新建築技術，在場外製造所需設置的獨立式「組裝合成」組件，然後送
到現場進行安裝。我們在洪水橋第一期甲項目和乙明邨松悅樓項目採用「組裝合成」建築法，並在
安達臣道石礦場、石排灣道和定安街項目中以其建造預製廚房及浴室立體組件。
