Tanner Hill, our Joyous Living project expected to come on stream in
2015, will provide purpose-designed flats and age-friendly facilities
to senior citizens who can pay on their own without any subsidy. This
type of housing for the elderly has never been available before in either
the public or the private sector, in spite of changing demographics in
our community.
Vote of Thanks
I shall be amiss closing this statement without recording my profound
gratitude to my fellow Housing Society Members on the Supervisory
Board, Executive Committee, various Sub-Committees as well as the Task
Force. Their participation in the Housing Society business has been at
a high level. As Chairman, I am always inspired by their foresight and
helped by their sound support and advice.
To the staff, I commend their loyalty, hard work and enterprising spirit.
Under the able leadership of the Chief Executive Officer and Executive
Director and his senior aides, they have provided first-rate service.

房協監事會、執行委員會，以及其他小組委
員會和專責小組委員的高度參與。他們的真
知灼見，實在為我提供了不少指引，並經常
給予我支持和協助。
我亦希望在此表揚房協員工的忠誠、勤奮和
企業精神。在行政總裁兼執行總幹事及管理
層的領導下，他們均能提供超卓的服務。
