(c) Building management/maintenance incentives
Under the Building Management and Maintenance Scheme,
eligible applicants will be granted financial assistance when
they satisfy certain criteria. Management estimates and
provides for the amount of incentives when the applications
are approved. Should the actual maintenance expenses be
different from the expected, adjustment to the carrying
amount of the provision may arise.

All the loans from government were obtained prior to 1 April 2009.
The loans are interest free and repayable in 480 equal monthly
instalments from the draw down date. The fair value of the loans at
31 March 2016, which is determined by discounting the estimated
future cash flows at the prevailing market rate at the end of the
reporting period, is HK$44.5 million (2015: HK$47.6 million).
