            1   The reporting coverage of properties under management includes 21 rental estates, and 24 other properties under various housing schemes managed by the
               Housing Society in Hong Kong, including Park Belvedere and Trackside Villas.
               管理物業的報告範圍包括二十一個出租屋邨,以及由房協管理的二十四個屬於不同房屋計劃的香港物業,當中包括雅景臺及策誠軒。

            2   Figures for energy consumption, GHG emissions and water consumption refer to the consumption in public areas of housing estates or properties.
               能源消耗量、溫室氣體排放量和耗水量指屋邨或物業公共範圍的消耗。
            3   The coverage of projects under construction includes 17 housing estates and properties which are being developed by the Housing Society in Hong Kong.
               興建中的物業範圍包括十七個房協在香港興建中的屋邨和物業。
            4   Heating consumption, cooling consumption, steam consumption, electricity sold, heating sold, cooling sold and steam sold are not applicable to the Housing
               Society’s operation.
               供熱消耗、製冷消耗、蒸汽消耗、出售的電力、出售的供熱、出售的製冷及出售的蒸汽均不適用於房協的運作。
            5   The diesel oil consumption figures are provided specifically from the rehabilitation vehicles utilised for elderly care operations.
               柴油的消耗來自於我們長者護理營運中使用的復康車輛。

            6   Due to the changes in construction phase, and the replacement of diesel electricity generator with of battery energy storage system in Hung Shui Kiu/
               Ha Tsuen New Development Area (Phase II), our diesel oil consumption and overall energy consumption in 2024/25 decreased. The decrease in diesel oil
               consumption leads to the decrease in our Scope 1 emissions.
               由於部分工地興建階段的轉變,以及洪水橋╱厦村新發展區(第二期)以電池儲能系統取代柴油發電機,我們於二零二四╱二五年度的柴油消耗量及總能源消
               耗量有所減少。柴油消耗量的減少以致範疇一的溫室氣體排放量減少。
