Senior Citizen Residences Scheme
「長者安居樂」住屋計劃

Established in 1999, the “lease-for-life” Senior Citizen Residences
Scheme aims to provide a one-stop solution addressing the housing,
recreational, medical and social needs of middle-income seniors aged 60 or above. The Scheme’s
first two projects—Jolly Place in Tseung Kwan O and Cheerful Court in Ngau Tau Kok—provided 576
residential units in 2003 and 2004 respectively. The third project, Blissful Place in Hung Hom, offers
312 flats with over 50% developed as one-bedroom units, and the remainder as studio flats. All Senior
Citizen Residences Scheme projects feature organised social and recreational programmes, health
promotion initiatives, as well as monthly and annual health check-up plans for residents, supporting the
resident’s well-being holistically.

To address the practical needs of the elderly residents, Blissful Place incorporates double door
viewers, lowered door curbs, slip-resistant tiles and other age-friendly features in every unit. Distinct
colour-coded thematic designs on each floor facilitate wayfinding for the senior residents. We also
strive to ensure resident safety through the building’s “Integrated Care Link System”, which provides
emergency assistance within the property when residents activate either the bedside alerts, bathroom
wall-mounted call buttons, or portable locator devices. Additional amenities including a sky garden,
clubhouse, and residential care home further support the needs of senior residents.

Another project currently under construction is the Pak Wo Road project in Fanling.

以「終身租住」模式營運的「長者安居樂」住屋計劃成立於一九九九年，致力為六十歲或以上的中產階層長者提
供一站式居所，回應他們的住屋、康樂、醫療及社交需要。計劃的首兩個項目 — 位於將軍澳的「樂頤居」及位
於牛頭角的「彩頤居」已分別於二零零三及二零零四年落成，合共提供五百七十六個單位。而位於紅磡的「豐
頤居」為計劃的第三個項目，提供三百一十二個單位，超過一半屬一房單
位，其餘則為開放式單位。所有「長者安居樂」住屋計劃項目提供社交和康
樂活動、健康推廣計劃，以及於每月和每年為住戶提供健康檢查計劃，全
面支援他們的福祉。
為滿足長者居民的實際需求，「豐頤居」於每個單位加入大門雙防盜眼、
低門檻、防滑地磚及其他長者友善設計。各樓層的公共走廊設計也別具心
思，以顏色區別樓層方便長者辨認。為確保居民的安全，屋苑亦設有「智
能樂齡緊急支援系統」，住戶透過按動床邊或浴室緊急召喚按鈕，或配有
定位功能的隨身裝置，便可於屋苑範圍內得到緊急協助。另外，大廈設有
空中花園、會所及護理安老院舍，切合長者的需要。

目前另有一個於粉嶺百和路的項目正在興
建中。
