Quality Elderly Housing Project
優質長者房屋項目

The Tanner Hill is the Housing Society’s first non-subsidised
quality housing project for senior citizens. The project provides
588 residential units equipped with age-friendly facilities and a
comprehensive home care support system, ensuring residents’
peace of mind.

The Tanner Hill embodies the values of “Enjoying with Friends”,
“Health is Happiness”, “Financial Independence”, “Better Family
Relationship” and “Worry-free Living” through exceptional property
management services. The building features various health-care
facilities, including the Chinese Medicine Specialty Clinic and
Family Medicine and Primary Care Centre, to ensure the health and
wellness of tenants. The Tanner Hill Joyous Circle further expands
its offerings with specialised care services through the residential
care home facilities, day care and training centre, and rehabilitation centre for
senior citizens. Following its completion in 2015, all units were fully occupied, with
around 99% of tenants on short-term or long-term leases during the reporting
year.

The Tanner Hill has been honoured with the Grand Award in the category of “Community Housing” at the
Quality Property and Facility Management Award 2024. It also received the inaugural “Theme Award” for
achieving the highest score in “Establishing a Wellness Harmony Community”.

「雋悅」是房協首個專為長者而設的優質非資助房屋項目。項目提供五百八十八個住宅單位，配備長者友善設
施及全面的居家護理支援系統，旨在為追求優質退休生活的人士提供無憂的生活。

「雋悅」將「樂」、「康」、「盈」、「家」、「活」的核心價值注入優質的管理服務當中。屋苑提供完善醫療保健配
套，包括設有中醫專科診所和家庭醫學及基層醫療中心，以確保租戶的健康。「雋康天地」亦提供專業護理服
務，包括護理安老院舍、日間照護及訓練中心，以及復康中心。自二零一五年竣工後，所有單位均已入住。
報告年度內，其中約百分之九十九屬短期或長期租約住戶。

「雋悅」憑著優質的設施及卓越的服務，於「優
質物業設施管理大獎2024」的「社區住宅」類
別中獲得最高殊榮的大獎，更在
「建立幸福和諧社區」中脫穎而
出，成為首屆「年度主題大獎」
的得主。
