               Building Intergenerational Harmony through Community Engagement
               and Collaborations
               與外界機構攜手合作，共倡跨代共融

               The Housing Society actively implements mutual support programmes to strengthen intergenerational
               connections in our rental estates. During the reporting year, we partnered with Integrated
               Children and Youth Services Centres and multiple educational institutions to facilitate meaningful
               interactions between elderly tenants and younger generations. Key programmes included the Buddy-
               matching Scheme at Jat Min Chuen, where youth volunteers assist senior residents in need; and
               the Intergenerational Volunteer Team at Ka Wai Chuen, comprising young parents and children who
               conduct regular home visits and engaging activities with the elderly tenants. Furthermore, a Dancing
               Movement programme was organised across nine rental housing estates to promote intergenerational
               harmony, active ageing, and healthy lifestyles.

               We have extended these intergenerational initiatives to our senior housing estates, where Ka Wai
               Chuen and Blissful Place jointly organised a handicraft workshop and home visit programmes involving
               seniors, adults, and children. These activities have significantly strengthened intergenerational
               relationships while enhancing community well-being on a broader scale.

               房協積極推行互助平台，以加強出租屋邨的跨代聯繫。在報告年度內，我們與綜合青少年服務中心和多間教育機
               構合作，促進長者租戶與年輕一代之間的互動。重點項目包括乙明邨的「同行伙伴」，該計劃配對年青義工與長
               者，並讓他們於長者有需要時提供幫助；以及於家維邨設立「長幼共融義工隊」，這些義工隊由年輕父母和孩子組
               成，他們會定期進行家訪，並與長者租戶進行互動。此外，我們在九個出租屋邨舉辦「舞動耆緣計劃」活動，以促
               進跨代和諧、豐盛頤年和健康的生活模式。

               我們已將這些跨代活動擴展至其他的長者屋邨，如家維邨及豐頤居合辦手工藝工作坊及家訪活動，讓長者、成人
               及兒童一同參與。這些活動不僅加強跨代之間的關係，亦提升社區幸福感。
