To improve the environment for the local community, our five urban renewal
projects (K-projects) in Sham Shui Po adopted an "Umbrella Theme" with extensive
green features, such as tree planting, podium landscape garden, sky garden, green
roof, vertical greening, energy saving and water saving features. Various green
features were also incorporated into other housing projects.
