夾心階層住屋計劃
於九十年代初推出,已完成的十個項目分佈
於港九及新界各地,共提供
8,920
個住宅單
位,以優惠價格售予合資格的中等收入家
庭,設有轉售規限。此計劃於一九九八年起
停止發展新項目。
市值發展項目
自二零零零年,三個原屬「夾心階層住屋計
劃」的屋苑獲准轉為私人樓宇,以市值價格
公開出售,包括位於堅尼地城的加惠臺、馬
鞍山的曉峯灣畔及將軍澳的怡心園。
「長者安居樂」住屋計劃
這個嶄新的住屋計劃,以終身租住的形式,
為中產長者提供「一站式」房屋,集居住、
休閒、醫療及護理於一身。位於將軍澳的樂
頤居及佐敦谷的彩頤居兩個試驗項目,為合
資格的長者提供共
576
個單位。
市區重建項目
房協與市區重建局於二零零二年簽訂合作備
忘錄,加快市區重建。房協負責重建五個位
於深水埗及一個位於筲箕灣的項目,其中
深水埗的項目以「
H e y a
文化」為主題,提供
1,200
個住宅單位,於二零一三年至二零
一六年間分階段落成。位於筲箕灣的「樂融
軒」將提供
214
個私人單位及六十個長者單
位,以推動「長幼共融」,預計於二零一四年
底完工。
資助出售房屋項目
政府於二零一二年宣布將原先位於青衣的
「置安心資助房屋計劃」項目轉為資助出售房
屋項目,名為「綠悠雅苑」,提供共
988
個中
小型單位,以折扣價出售予合資格的中等收
入人士。項目推出發售時,市場反應熱烈,
共收到超過
58,000
份申請。其後於二零一三
年的施政報告,政府再次委託房協推行另一
個位於沙田
36C
區的類似項目。
Sandwich Class Housing Scheme
Launched in the early 1990’s, ten residential developments across Hong
Kong provide a total of 8,920 flats for the middle-income family market.
Flats are sold at concessionary prices to eligible families and subject to
resale conditions. Flat production under this Scheme has been suspended
since 1998.
Full Market Value Development
Since 2000, three former Sandwich Class Housing developments have
been converted to private properties for sale to the public at full market
value. These include Cayman Rise in Kennedy Town, Mountain Shore in
Ma On Shan and Serenity Place in Tseung Kwan O.
Senior Citizen Residences Scheme
This innovative Scheme for the middle-income elderly provides ‘one-stop’
homes with housing, recreation, medical and care facilities all under the
same roof. Two pilot projects, Jolly Place in Tseung Kwan O and Cheerful
Court in Jordan Valley, provide a total of 576 flats leased for life to eligible
senior citizens.
Urban Renewal Project
The Housing Society and the Urban Renewal Authority signed a
Memorandum of Understanding in 2002 in a bid to expedite urban
renewal. The Housing Society has undertaken five redevelopment projects
in Sham Shui Po and one in Shau Kei Wan. Under the umbrella theme
of ‘Heya Culture’, the projects in Sham Shui Po will provide a total of over
1,200 residential flats to be completed from 2013 to 2016 by phases.
For the project in Shau Kei Wan by the name Harmony Place, 214
private flats and 60 elderly flats will be provided in the same development
to promote ‘cross-generation harmony’. The project is scheduled for
completion by end-2014.
Subsidised Sale Project
In 2012, Government announced the change of the original My Home
Purchase Plan project to a subsidised sale project. The project, named
Greenview Villa in Tsing Yi, will provide 988 small-and-medium flats
for sale at discounted price to eligible middle-income people. Market
response was enthusiastic with over 58,000 applications received.
Subsequently in the 2013 Policy Address, Government entrusted the
Housing Society with another similar project at Sha Tin Area 36C.
