Ad Hoc Committee on Fund Management
The Ad Hoc Committee on Fund Management was set up by the
Executive Committee in 2003 to consider the allocation of the investment
portfolios, establish the investment objectives and strategies, determine
the structure and recommend the appointment of professional
fund managers.
There were five members on the Ad Hoc Committee on Fund
Management as at 1 April 2013. The Ad Hoc Committee on Fund
Management was chaired by Mr Lincoln Leong Kwok-kuen and
comprised four members, namely Mr Stuart Hamilton Leckie, Mrs Marian
Li Chan Sien-mun, Mr Ian Grant Robinson and Mr Jacob Tsang Chung.
At the Executive Committee meeting held on 12 September 2013,
Mr Wallace Lam Wing-ted was appointed to the Ad Hoc Committee on
Fund Management. The Ad Hoc Committee on Fund Management had
six members as at 31 March 2014.
The Ad Hoc Committee on Fund Management held two meetings during
the financial year with an overall attendance rate of 70 per cent.
Special Committee on Elderly Housing
The Special Committee on Elderly Housing was set up by the Executive
Committee in 2008 to give guidance and review Management’s proposals
in respect of the positioning of various elderly housing initiatives of the
Housing Society; and the planning, schematic design, financial feasibility
and operational model of the proposed elderly housing projects to be
undertaken by the Housing Society.
There were 12 members on the Special Committee on Elderly Housing as
at 1 April 2013. The Special Committee on Elderly Housing was chaired
by Mr Walter Chan Kar-lok and comprised 11 members, namely Mr Chan
Ka-kui, Ms Ophelia Chan Chiu-ling, Ms Loretta Ho Pak-ching, Ms Leonie
Ki Man-fung, Mrs Cecilia Lee Yip Wai-kay, Dr Lawrence Li Kwok-chang,
Mr Alex Lui Chun-wan, Mr Timothy Ma Kam-wah and Mr Yeung Ka-sing.
The Chairman of the Housing Society and the Chief Executive Officer and
Executive Director were the ex officio members of this Special Committee.
At the AGM held on 3 September 2013, Mr Chan Ka-kui retired from
the Special Committee on Elderly Housing. Ms Leonie Ki Man-fung
resigned from the Special Committee on Elderly Housing on 1 January
2014. The Special Committee on Elderly Housing had 10 members as at
31 March 2014.
The Special Committee on Elderly Housing held six meetings during the
financial year with an overall attendance rate of 76 per cent.

基金管理專責委員會於二零零三年由執行委
員會成立，負責研究投資組合的分配、制訂
投資目標及策略、決定基金經理架構及推薦
聘任專業基金經理。
截至二零一三年四月一日，基金管理專責委
員會共有五位成員，由梁國權先生擔任主
席。其他四位成員分別為李仕達先生、李陳
倩文女士、羅賓信先生及曾翀先生。於二
零一三年九月十二日舉行的執行委員會會議
中，林永德先生獲委任為基金管理專責委員
會委員。在二零一四年三月三十一日，基金
管理專責委員會共有六位成員。
基金管理專責委員會在本財政年度共舉行了
兩次會議，整體出席率為百分之七十。
長者房屋特別委員會
長者房屋特別委員會於二零零八年由執行委
員會成立，負責為房協的長者房屋項目定
位，以及為建議進行的長者房屋項目的規
劃、概念設計、財務可行性及營運模式提供
指引，並審閱管理層提交的相關建議。
截至二零一三年四月一日，長者房屋特別委
員會共有十二位成員，由陳家樂先生擔任主
席。其他十一位成員分別為陳家駒先生、陳
肖齡女士、何柏貞女士、紀文鳳女士、李葉
慧璣女士、李國祥醫生、雷震寰先生、馬錦
華先生及楊家聲先生。房協主席及行政總裁
兼執行總幹事均為長者房屋特別委員會的當
然委員。陳家駒先生於二零一三年九月三日
舉行的周年委員大會當日退任長者房屋特別
委員會委員，而紀文鳳女士則於二零一四年
一月一日辭任長者房屋特別委員會委員。截
至二零一四年三月三十一日，長者房屋特別
委員會共有十位成員。
長者房屋特別委員會在本財政年度共舉行了
六次會議，整體出席率為百分之七十六。
