建築工程專責小組負責協助執行委員會監
察大型發展項目的工程進度、質素及成本
控制。
截至二零一三年四月一日,建築工程專責小
組共有五位成員,由陳家駒先生擔任主席。
其他成員分別為雷震寰先生、余熾鏗先生、
張孝威先生(非房協委員)及黃山先生(非房
協委員)。陳家駒先生於二零一三年九月三
日舉行的周年委員大會當日退任建築工程專
責小組主席。於二零一三年九月十二日舉行
的執行委員會會議上,雷震寰先生獲委任為
建築工程專責小組主席,而莫國和教授則獲
委任為建築工程專責小組委員。在二零一四
年二月二十日召開的執行委員會會議中,
劉志宏教授(非房協委員)獲邀請加入建築
工程專責小組,特別為屯門河行人天橋項目
提供意見。截至二零一四年三月三十一日,
建築工程專責小組共有六位成員。
建築工程專責小組在本財政年度共舉行了
十一次會議,整體出席率為百分之七十八。
執行委員會委員的酬金
執行委員會的非當然委員均可獲發酬金,以
確認他們對房協職務的承擔。酬金的水平由
監事會釐訂,現時的酬金水平由二零零二年
四月一日起生效,其中主席的酬金為每月港
幣三萬元,副主席為每月港幣一萬五千元,
而其他非當然委員則為每月港幣七千五百
元。在二零一四年三月三十一日,四位執行
委員會的非當然委員選擇不收取酬金。
Task Force on Construction
The Task Force on Construction assists the Executive Committee to
keep track of the time, quality and cost aspects of construction of major
development projects.
There were five members on the Task Force on Construction as at 1 April
2013. The Task Force on Construction was chaired by Mr Chan Ka-
kui. Other members included Mr Alex Lui Chun-wan, Mr Yue Chi-hang,
Mr Cheung Hau-wai (non-Housing Society member) and Mr Samson
Wong (non-Housing Society member). At the AGM held on 3 September
2013, Mr Chan Ka-kui retired from the Task Force on Construction. At
the Executive Committee meeting held on 12 September 2013, Mr Alex
Lui Chun-wan was appointed as the Chairman of the Task Force on
Construction, and Prof Peter Mok Kwok-woo was appointed as a member
of the Task Force on Construction. At the Executive Committee meeting
held on 20 February 2014, Prof James Lau Chi-wang (non-Housing
Society member) was appointed to the Task Force on Construction to give
advice specifically on the Tuen Mun River Footbridge Project. The Task
Force on Construction had six members as at 31 March 2014.
The Task Force on Construction held 11 meetings during the financial
year with an overall attendance rate of 78 per cent.
Emoluments for Executive Committee Members
Non-ex officio members of the Executive Committee received an
honorarium in recognition of their level of accountability. These
emoluments are set by the Supervisory Board with current levels being
effective since 1 April 2002. The Chairman and the Vice-Chairman are
entitled to HK$30,000 and HK$15,000 per month respectively while
HK$7,500 per month is offered to each of the other non-ex officio
members. As at 31 March 2014, four non-ex officio Executive Committee
members had opted not to receive these emoluments.
