We rendered active support to environmental programmes of the community
and the industry between 2013 and 2014 by sponsoring 14 environmental-
related activities such as the Green Building Award organised by the Hong Kong
Green Building Council and the Professional
Green Building Council; Green Carnival of the
Green Council, Green Power Hike of the Green
Power, the Community Chest Green Day of the
Community Chest of Hong Kong, and Walk for
Nature Charity Walk of the World Wide Fund
Nature Hong Kong, etc.

Environmental activities and training were held regularly to arouse awareness
and promote green messages among our staff. These activities included the
"ISO 14001 internal auditors training" with more than 100 auditors trained in
2014. Besides, three visits were organised during 2013 to 2014 for our staff to
learn the success experience from
other organisations in environmental
best practices and the incorporation of
environmental elements in their facilities.
These organisations included Holiday
Inn Express SoHo, ElectriCity and Hong
Kong Science Park. Attendance was
over 120.

Environmental programmes have been held regularly among
our staff, residents and the community to cultivate a sense of
environmental awareness and responsibility.
