Management and Leadership Development Programmes for Our Staff
為員工提供的管理和領導能力發展課程
We provided customised management and leadership
development programmes under the theme of "Empowering
Managers for Success”. We organised 21 workshops related
to performance management, coaching and feedback, team
and change management, effective hiring approaches and
interviewing skills. These workshops accounted for more than
4,200 training hours for management development.
我們以「成就卓越管理者」為主題,提供配合業務需要的管理和領導力發展課程。我們舉辦了二十一場工作坊,
內容包括績效管理、教練與反饋、團隊和變革管理、有效的招聘方法和面試技巧。這些工作坊合共提供了超過
四千二百小時的培訓,有效提升管理人員的技巧及能力。

Enhancing Cross-divisional Communications and Collaborations
加強跨部門溝通和協作
The 3-month Cross-divisional Job Swap Programme was organised for 10 managers from various
business functions. They were provided with structured on-the-job learning opportunities in different
functional areas to strengthen their business acumen.
Additionally, six internal business visits/exchanges to HS Centre & Smart-Space PropTech, MiC
Collaboration Centre at Kai Tak Area 2B Site 1, HKHS Exhibition Centre and Elderly Resources Centre
were arranged for 134 employees, allowing them to gain a deeper understanding of the Housing
Society's business. These programmes and business experiences facilitated networking and enhanced
cross-team communications and collaborations.
我們為十名來自不同業務職能的經理組織了為期三個
月的跨部門工作互換計劃,提供了不同職能範疇的在
職學習機會,以加強他們的商業觸覺。
此外,我們為一百三十四名員工安排了六次內部業務
探訪╱交流團,包括參觀房協中心和房地產科技共享
