The Tanner Hill
Until recently, few choices were available in Hong Kong for those
with higher aspirations for their quality of life after retirement.
To fill this market gap, in the third quarter of 2015/16, the Housing
Society launched for lease The Tanner Hill, the first non-subsidised
quality elderly housing project in Hong Kong. In the design
and planning of this project, we included features that made
reference to overseas models as well as our own experience in
elderly housing.
The Tanner Hill comprises three blocks with a total of 588
independent living residential flats. We obtained the Occupation
Permit for this project in early November 2015 and then launched
the independent living units for lease in December 2015 as planned.
Available in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, the flats
range in size in terms of saleable area from 32 m
2
to 76.3 m
2
with
the addition of four combined units. All units are age-friendly and
come with home-care support systems such as emergency call
response, door contact tracking, no-motion detection, and health data
collection and monitoring, in order to ensure home safety and keep
track of residents’ health. Moreover, social workers are around to
closely monitor the physical and emotional well-being of the tenants,
through visits and other ways of regular contact.
The Tanner Hill incorporates the age-friendly principles of lifestyle,
skilled care services with also Chinese and Western medical clinics.

「雋悅」
一直以來，香港缺乏為追求優質退休生活
人士而設的住屋選擇。
為填補市場逢隙，房協於二零一五╱一六年
度第三季推出丹拿山「雋悅」以供租住。
這是全港首個非資助性質的優質長者房屋
項目。在設計及策劃該項目時，我們參考了
海外同類項目的模式及房協本身在長者房屋
方面的經驗。
「雋悅」由三幢大樓組成，共有
588
個獨立
自住單位，於二零一五年十一月初獲發
「入伙紙」，並按計劃於二零一五年十二月
推出以供租住。單位主要分為開放式、一房
及兩房三種間隔，實用面積由

平方米至
76.3
平方米不等，另設四個相連單位。每個
單位均以「長者友善」為設計原則，並配備
居家護理支援系統，包括緊急召喚、進出單
位探測、靜態探測，以及健康數據收集和
監測系統，確保家居安全，並記錄住戶的
健康狀況。另外，屋苑亦派駐社工以家訪及
其他形式與住戶定期聯繫，密切監察住客的
身心健康。

「長者友善」的原則，並設有中西醫診所，
