Artist’s impression of the Ming Wah Dai Ha redevelopment project

明華大廈重建項目的構想圖

Built in the 1960s, Ming Wah Dai Ha will be redeveloped over three

phases. In 2015/16, we reviewed and revised the planning and

design for the first phase of this project and commenced the

foundation works. The first phase of redevelopment is expected

to complete in 2019/20.

Under the new layout and design for Phase I, we will build two new

buildings for rehousing the affected tenants so as to facilitate Phase II

redevelopment. This new layout and design will also improve the

project’s viability through the early provision of sufficient rehousing

flats for Phase II, and successively for Phase III, thereby shortening

the overall redevelopment programme.

We also obtained in-principle policy support in April 2015 from

the Transport and Housing Bureau for implementing a mixed

redevelopment scheme with both rental units and Subsidised Sale

Flats in the redeveloped Ming Wah Dai Ha. Under the Integrated

Redevelopment Model, elderly housing and related facilities will

also be added to serve our tenants and the local community.

Yue Kwong Chuen, built in the 1960s, is another redevelopment

project. Although still in the preliminary planning stages, the estate

received in-principle policy agreement for its redevelopment under

a similar mixed scheme approach.

建於上世紀六十年代的明華大廈將分三期

進行重建。於二零一五╱一六年度,我們檢

討及修改第一期計劃的規劃及設計後,地基

工程現已展開。第一期重建工程預計將於

二零一九╱二零年度竣工。

依照第一期的新規劃及設計,我們將興建

兩幢新大樓,用作安置受影響的居民,以便

開展第二期的重建。新規劃及設計能儘早為

第二期以至第三期的工程提供充足的調遷

單位,從而縮短整個重建計劃的時間,令項

目變得更為可行。

我們於二零一五年四月獲運輸及房屋局原則

上的政策支持,以混合重建模式重建明華

大廈,提供出租單位及資助出售房屋。

在「綜合重建模式」下,房協亦將加入長者

房屋及相關設施,服務住戶以及整個地區。

建於上世紀六十年代的漁光村為另一個重建

項目。雖然現時仍處於初步規劃階段,但該

項目已取得原則上的政策協議,按照類似的

混合模式進行屋邨重建。
