Subsidised Housing
Subsidised Sale Flats
During the review period, we continued our commitment to assist
Government in resolving the shortage of affordable housing in Hong
Kong by constructing additional Subsidised Sale Flats (SSF).
Our first SSF project, Greenview Villa, was completed in April 2015,
and the handover of the 981 units sold began in July 2015 with over
99% of owners rating our handover services as good or excellent.
In January 2016, the Chief Executive of the HKSAR, Mr C Y Leung,
visited the project to listen to residents’ views, and afterwards
indicated that this project could serve as a reference for future
subsidised housing developments.
For our second SSF project, Greenhill Villa on Siu Lek Yuen Road in
Sha Tin, we made steady progress on the foundation works which
are scheduled to be completed by the first quarter of 2016/17.
Completion of the entire project is expected as early as mid-2019.
資助房屋
資助出售房屋
年內，我們繼續興建更多的資助出售房屋，
協助政府解決香港可負擔房屋供應短缺的
問題。
房協首個資助出售房屋項目「綠悠雅苑」於
二零一五年四月落成，
981
個已售出的單位
於同年七月開始交樓，過程順利，百分之
九十九的業主給予房協服務良好或卓越的
評分。於二零一六年一月，香港特別行政區
行政長官梁振英先生親臨參觀探訪，聽取住
戶的意見，並表示日後應發展更多類似的資
助房屋。
至於位於沙田小瀝源路的第二個資助出售
房屋項目「綠怡雅苑」，地基工程進展順利，
預計於二零一六╱一七年度第一季完成。
整個項目預計最早可於二零一九年中落成。
