Urban Renewal
During the year, we reached a milestone in our urban renewal
projects with the completion of two projects and the sale of another
two residential developments under the Heya brand name.
Pre-sale consents were obtained for Heya Crystal (K21) and Heya
Aqua (K22) in July 2015. Both were launched subsequently and all
625 units of the two projects were sold. Construction progressed
smoothly, and we expect to obtain Occupation Permits for the
projects in the second quarter of 2016/17.
Handover of 305 units in Heya Delight (K20) and Heya Star (K23)
proceeded smoothly and 90% of the customers, which is above the
market average, expressed their satisfaction with the quality of the
flats and the handover services.
The remaining three feature units in Heya Green (K25) and Harmony
Place (H21) were also sold through public tender during the year.
It is worth noting that Harmony Place in Shau Kei Wan which was
completed in 2014 received the Grand Award in Hong Kong
Residential (Single Building) Category of the Quality Building
Award 2016, a biennial competition held by nine building and
construction organisations in Hong Kong to recognise buildings of
outstanding quality. This development is based on the concept

值得一提的是，於二零一四年落成位於筲箕
灣的「樂融軒」榮獲二零一六年度「優質建築
大獎」中的「香港住宅項目（單幢）」類別
大獎。這個兩年一度的「優質建築大獎」
由香港九個建築及營造機構聯合舉辦，旨在
