業務重點

Greenhill Villa comprises three 32- to 36-storey towers with 1,020

small and medium-sized flats in saleable areas ranging from 35 m

2

to 69 m

2

. Of these, about 60% are available in two-bedroom

design while 30% are one-bedroom flats, and the remaining 10%

are three-bedroom flats. The pre-sale launch of the project was

held in conjunction with the new Home Ownership Scheme

developments of the Hong Kong Housing Authority under a joint

application exercise in February 2016, with more than 52,000

applications received.

As one of our rental estates Ming Wah Dai Ha is undergoing

redevelopment, priority for the purchase of Greenhill Villa flats

was given to the residents of the estate subject to a specified quota.

Lot drawing was held in May 2016 to decide the sequence of flat

selection, and successful applicants were invited to select flats

starting in July 2016.

We also completed the planning and design process for our two

committed SSF projects in Tuen Mun and Tseung Kwan O. The key

development parameters and schematic design were finalised,

and the formal land grant documents were executed. Both projects

were targeted for completion in 2019/20.

由於房協轄下的其中一個出租屋邨明華大廈

正進行重建,受影響的居民可獲優先購買指

定限額的「綠怡雅苑」單位。決定揀樓次序

的攪珠程序於二零一六年五月進行,成功的

申請者已獲邀於二零一六年七月開始揀樓。

房協亦已就兩個分別位於屯門和將軍澳的資

助出售房屋項目完成規劃及設計工作。主要

的發展規範及設計圖則均已落實,而正式

的批地文件亦已完成。兩個項目預計於二零

一九╱二零年度落成。
