Beyond this, we also held sharing sessions on improving construction
safety, during which good practices and innovative ideas were raised
by contractors and workers. In addition to our existing Pay for Safety
Scheme established earlier at our sites, we began introducing other
incentive schemes currently in use in the building industry, and will
be implementing these in future to reward sub-contractors and
workers who demonstrate good site safety performance.
The average overall accident rate per thousand workers for all
Housing Society construction sites for the review period was 5.9,
which was lower than our 2014/15 figure of 10.4 and well below the
limit set by the Development Bureau.
We also gained recognition for the quality and environmental
performance of our buildings during the review period. Harmony
Place was rated at the Platinum Standard in the BEAM final
assessment by the Hong Kong Green Building Council in May 2015,
while Greenview Villa received a Platinum Rating in the BEAM Plus
assessment and a Certificate of Excellence in the Construction Project
Team of the Year by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
此外，我們亦舉辦提升建築安全的分享會，
讓承建商及工人分享良好的工作守則和創新
意念。除較早前在工地實行的「支付安全計
劃」外，我們亦開始引進建築業界目前採用
的其他獎勵計劃，以鼓勵在工地安全方面有
良好表現的分判商和工人。
房協今年的工地整體平均意外率每千名工人
為五點九，低於二零一四╱一五年度的十點
四，亦遠低於發展局設定的上限。
年內，房協的建屋質素和環保表現亦備受
讚賞。「樂融軒」於二零一五年五月獲香港
綠色建築議會評定為「建築環境評估法」的
「白金級」，而「綠悠雅苑」則獲「綠建環評」
的「鉑金級」及皇家特許測量師學會頒發的
「工程項目團隊獎 — 優異獎」。
